Are you tired of saying “yes” to everyone and everything – except for yourself? Are you ready to learn how to break this pattern, and say “no” guilt-free? Over the course of seven weeks, our skills-based group will provide a supportive environment for you to gain insight into people-pleasing patterns, and learn evidence-based tools for lasting change and empowerment.

Clinical Psychology Associate
Zahra Dabirzadeh specializes in helping individuals break through old patterns and reconnect with their inner wisdom. By integrating DBT and mindfulness, she provides an active, affirming space for participants to regulate their emotions and move forward with clarity and purpose.
